Federal Apostille

U.S. Federal Document Apostille

Expert handling of federal document authentication through the U.S. Department of State. Federal documents require special processing.

What is a Federal Apostille?

Federal apostilles are issued by the U.S. Department of State for documents that were issued by federal agencies or officials, not state authorities.

Unlike California state apostilles (processed by the Secretary of State), federal documents must be authenticated by the federal government.

Important: Federal apostilles typically take longer than state apostilles and have different requirements.
